Delivery & Shipping

We have free shipping on all orders over $29! If your purchase is below $29 there is a shipping fee of $6. [/su_spoiler]

Our delivery time is normally 3-5 working days from the date you placed the order. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How do I know that my package has arrived?”]
As soon as your order has reached the delivery point a notification via SMS is sent to the mobile number you provided when ordering. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How do you ship the goods?”]
Posters (30x40cm) will be delivered by TaQBin and their first attempt is home delivery, and if they can’t deliver the order, you will get information to reschedule a second delivery. Should the second attempt fail, the package will be returned and you will have to pay $15 for your order to be redelivered. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”I get a tracking number for my order?”]
Yes, you get a tracking number sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse.[/su_spoiler]


[su_spoiler title=”How much is the delivery fee?”]
Right after you’ve placed your order, it will come a new page that says “Thank you for your purchase!”. Then you get a confirmation email.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”I have not received an order confirmation”]
If you placed an order with us and have not received your order confirmation, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when you placed the order. Please contact us at and ask if we have an order registered to you, so we can correct your e-mail address, and email you your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through, then contact us before placing a new order, to avoid double orders. [/su_spoiler]

We do not accept returns unless we have shipped you a wrong poster. If you have receive a poster that is different from your order, please email us immediately at [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”What happens if I do not collect my parcel?”]
For goods that are returned to us due to non-collection the goods we charge $15. This is to cover the double freight (to you and back) as well as for our packing and unpacking of goods.[/su_spoiler]

If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please contact us immediately at If you have placed your order at the weekend or after our closing time, you can email us as well. Product Questions

You cannot order our posters in other dimensions than those listed on the website. Unfortunately we don´t print customer’s own motives either.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”What kind of paper do you use for your posters?”]
We print our posters on matte 200gr uncoated premium papers. The paper is FSC-certified and durable. We have chosen a matt surface and high quality feel without reflections.[/su_spoiler]
